Every Midori Diamond piece is packaged discreetly and shipped fully insured — no exceptions, given what’s inside the box.
Shipping Options
Free UPS Standard Shipping — UPS standard shipping is included on U.S. orders. UPS Ground typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch. Allow up to 3 business days for non-custom order processing, for an estimated total of 1–8 business days. These are estimates; remote destinations, holidays and carrier delays may take longer.
UPS 2-Day Shipping — $49 — Two-day carrier transit after dispatch. Processing time is additional; this option does not mean delivery within two days of ordering.
Processing Time
Non-custom orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom-order timelines are confirmed separately before ordering — see Custom Jewelry.
Insurance & Signature
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm delivery arrangements.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at launch.
Dispatch Updates
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel your unshipped order for a refund.
