Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit cards and select installment providers (Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay, Klarna). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard insured UPS shipping is free; UPS 2-Day Shipping is $49. Non-custom orders are processed within 3 business days, with carrier transit time additional. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel your unshipped order for a refund. See our Shipping Policy. Contact us about any parcel lost or damaged in transit so we can coordinate the carrier investigation and help resolve your order.
